Currant

Ribes caldasiensis is a non-evergreen ornamental shrub that thrives in full sun and prefers medium watering. It grows to a height of 1–2 meters and is suitable for USDA zones 3–8. This shrub blooms in April and May with white and pink flowers. It prefers loamy, sandy, or clay soil, attracts pollinators, but is not toxic.
