Peony

Paeonia baokangensis, commonly known as Peony, is a perennial ornamental plant in the Paeoniaceae family, growing 0.6–1 m tall. It thrives in full sun with medium water needs, preferring loamy, clay, or peaty soil. This peony blooms with pink, red, white, and yellow flowers in May and June. It is suitable for USDA zones 3–8, attracts pollinators, is fragrant, but not toxic or evergreen.
