Brown dogwood

Cornus glabrata, commonly known as Brown dogwood, is a deciduous shrub that thrives in part shade with medium water needs. It typically grows 1.5–3 meters tall and is suitable for USDA zones 5–8. This ornamental plant produces white flowers in late spring and early summer, preferring loamy, clay, or peaty soils. It is not evergreen and does not have fragrant flowers, but it does attract pollinators.
